We are excited to offer this opportunity for a candidate to join our busy Sales and Operations team. The Sales Co-ordinator will support the General Manager, Sales Engineer and Contracts and Admin Manager to ensure the operational administration needs are met. You will be responsible for generating quotes, following up on enquiries and providing details of equipment availability to ensure clients’ needs are met. You will also liaise with customers to deal with incoming enquiries and discuss the outcome of account applications that have been processed.
This integral role requires customer care skills and an ability to work flexibly within a busy operations department. With some administration experience, and ideally with some knowledge of electronics engineering, this is a role for a responsive and focused individual.
To apply for this post you will ideally have a certificate level qualification in business administration with experience working in a busy office. With exceptional attention to detail and an ability to work unsupervised, you must demonstrate some experience of working to a high standard. Indeed, with the occasional need to provide technical support to our customers, we also require you to have good communication skills. Candidates must have good IT skills and experience using databases.
