The back seal test panel is designed to allow a controllable pressure of between 10-300 bar at the output connection.
The pressure supplied to the unit is controlled via a relief valve connected into the line which can be manually adjusted prior to subsea deployment. Pressure is monitored via a subsea rated gauge and a port is also supplied to allow for connection to a customer supplied pressure transducer, should it be required. A hydraulic operated ball valve is fitted to allow the pressure to be locked in the output line.
- Hydraulic operated ball valve to lock pressure
- Compensated gauge for use at depth
- Adjustable pressure relief valve (set prior to deployment)
- Connection for customer supplied pressure transducer provided
