We have recently restructured internally to strengthen the Global Senior Management team ensuring we continue to offer the best possible service to our clients. Supporting our dedicated and committed Managers to expand their capabilities, we are pleased to announce the implementation of a new UK General Manager, Group Compliance Manager and Group Engineering Manager.
Formerly UK Operations Manager, Scott Gray has been promoted to the role of UK General Manager as of March this year. Scott joined Seatronics in 2012 as a Sales Engineer progressing within the company to his current role. Scott’s technical expertise has been key to the success of our UK office and he will continue working closely with our clients, colleagues and suppliers to ensure the highest level of service. Scott is proud to lead the UK team to retain Seatronics’ esteemed position in the market place.
Graeme Ross’ recent role as UK General Manager/Group Compliance Manager has now developed into the full-time position of Group Compliance Manager. Graeme has been with the company over 35 years with a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of the business. Graeme will concentrate on enhancing Seatronics’ compliance standards through the provision of accurate and timely advice and guidance to Senior Management and employees in order to ensure that our Customs/Export Control/Import/Anti-Bribery/QA/Risk standards are met across the business.
Dale Townend has recently been appointed as Group Engineering Manager, a new position within the Seatronics Group. Dale has a vast amount of experience working in Seatronics since he began as a Trainee Survey Systems Engineer. Dale’s understanding of our systems and our clients requirements is ideally placed to be promoted to the Group Engineering Manager. Dale will continually look to improve our engineering processes and offerings around the group with a proud commitment to excellent customer service and ability to meet challenging project deadlines. Dale will also focus on developing the regulated skills and competence of the Global team to ensure training activities are arranged, delivered, evaluated and assessed in accordance with our competency framework.
The internal restructuring aligns with two of Seatronics’ company core values of People and Team. We have a global commitment to staff development and ensure our knowledge base enhances our capability as well as Seatronics fostering a team environment in which all staff are encouraged to work together to achieve our goals.
