We are now seeking an Operations Manager for our Abu Dhabi office to manage and support our expanding Middle Eastern business.
Working with the Regional Manager, you will support our clients with the supply of marine technology solutions to meet their requirements. You will be accountable for your performance such that you will actively promote the company’s services and solutions. The Operations Manager will generate quotes, following up on enquiries and provide details of equipment availability to ensure clients’ needs are met. You will also be responsible for managing the Operations team of Logistics and Administration to ensure they deliver or exceed the agreed targets to meet customer expectations.
With your technical understanding of our represented products, you will be a key support to both our current and new customers. It is essential that you have a background as a Sales Engineer, or Survey Systems Engineer, all in the field of electronics. Ideally you will have worked offshore too.
In order to be successful, you will need a tenacious and energetic attitude, have a competitive nature and be driven to succeed. You will be able to work in a fast paced global environment and have developed interpersonal skills. You must be comfortable working independently as well as part of a cross functional team. With a good written and verbal English and developed IT skills, you will also have an eye for detail and a focus on quality.
