The Specialist Offshore Services Fluid Injection system pressure skid, has 3 main parts within a lightweight aluminium frame.

- 3 Stage Pressure controlled HP Pump – Allows selection of 3 different pressures in the pump range.

- Hot stab control panel – Allows the user to set a hot stab so that the ports can be either blocked, pressured, or set as pressure and return.

- 2 x 32 Litre Bladders (Can be supplied with Bladders or Spring Compensators various volumes available)

- Hydraulic Input 180-210bar, 50LPM

- Output 0.5-420bar (6000PSI), Flow 20LPM

- 3 Stage Manifold with pilot operated valves to select different pressures.

- Flow adjustable from 20-50LPM

- Integral relief valve 0.5-240bar

- Operational hoses supplied

- Choice of T-bar, Multi, or Fish tail handle

- Can supply various sized bladders to suit, please enquire.

- Can be used to pump other Fluids, such as hydraulic oil and Glycol.
